Reconcile monthly all Pharma Div. of Wyeth and Wyeth Pharma Div. of ACY inter-company accounts; provide inter-company and record inter-company netting amounts for Wyeth Pharma. Audit and record in the general ledger inter-company charges/credits. Prepare and issue monthly, quarterly and annual supporting schedules to the financial statements. Complete Wyeth Pharma contribution reports.

Job Responsibilities

*Reconcile monthly all Pharma Div. of Wyeth and Pharma Div of ACY inter-company accounts with both Domestic and International affiliates and resolve outstanding items; provide monthly forecast of inter-company netting amounts for Pharma Div. of Wyeth and Pharma Div. of ACY; complete monthly inter-company differences greater than $125K report for Pharma Div. of Wyeth and Pharma Div. of ACY to be sent to Wyeth Corporate.

*Issue monthly consolidated forecast of inter-company netting amounts for Wyeth Pharma to Treasury Unit; process monthly multinational netting of funds for Domestic companies excluding Puerto Rico; issue monthly consolidated inter-company differences greater than $125K report for Wyeth Pharma and send to Wyeth Corporate.
