Individual will support the Senior Business Director, Sales Business Managers and Professional Sales Representatives in the Respiratory business group. This position is located in the Atlanta, GA Region Office in Alpharetta, GA.
Primary function is to handle the activities necessary to maintain the efficient operation of the region office. This includes anticipating and evaluating administrative work demands region-wide on an ongoing basis; monitoring workflow and planning adequate coverage; assigning and balancing work assignments as necessary; looking for and developing more effective ways of getting work accomplished. Ensure that the administrative team has a clear understanding of project-based and team goals. This includes setting clear objectives, communicating essential information and providing necessary training and mentoring to enable support staff to do their work effectively. Supervises region office administrative staff to ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the team objectives and that team goals are met.
