Product Development -Overview

Dear All, Please check the attachment which shows pathway for development of product esepcially Generic One. Flow chart in the attachment shows overall process underwhich the development takes place and role of each department during development. In general development of any product take around 3-5 years. Its just a short summary. in case of any question, please comment. I will clarify your doubt.

Dear Aarti, Product which are developed for regulatory markets have to strictly follow these steps. Otherwise it will be problematic during approval from authorities. Anyways, wherever it is possible company try to skip that is for sure. Regards,

Dear Amol, Ya for regulatory market the stringent steps has to followed, but sometimes it seems that, the Company do reverse enginnering of all that steps.

Dear Aarti, Thats a fact. but as I am also working for regulatory market and I know there are very stringent requirement even for shipments that how u r handling the finished goods for some countries. so it is not so easy to misguide regulatory agencies. Regards,
