Responsibilities:
General husbandry, housing and identification of experimental animals;
Animal health care, disease detection, treatment, and euthanasia;
Animal handling and restraint;
Surgery and post-operative care;
Assist the scientific staff in the conduct of scientific projects;
Equipment operation and maintenance;
Sanitation of the animal facility;
Laboratory procedures;
Record keeping and Quality Assurance;
Inventory maintenance
