There are only 6 universities accredited to offer M.Pharm in Australia.
School of Health Sciences University of Canberra
School of Pharmacy Curtin University of Technology
School of Pharmacy Griffith University
School of Biomedical Sciences University of Newcastle
Faculty of Pharmacy University of Sydney
School of Biomedical, Biomolecular and Chemical Sciences University of Western Australia
There is no official govt ranking available (correct me, if i am wrong), however university of Canberra and university of Sydney are very famous
For MS there are a lot of colleges and universities.
Remember that MS(master of science) is not equivalent to M.Pharm (master of pharmacy) and MS doesn't need accreditation from pharmacy board of Australia.
For MS any science graduate is eligible (though preference is for pharmacy student)
