I repeat here again what I had narrated in one of my earlier blogs: I was serving in one of the major hospitals almost 2 decades ago. I was sipping coffee along with a HOD in his chamber. Suddenly a med rep entered and wished the HOD. The HOD reciprocated but I could see that he was not comfortable and started making all kinds of gestures. The Med rep too had his coffee and told the HoD "Dont wory Doc, I will bring fresh filled forms and you please sign them.". By the way, my boss would meet you later in the day and grinned. Both of them understood what each one meant. I was not dumb enough 'Not to understand'.

Within 2 days all reports got signed! Clinical use and reporting was completed and all were happy and good! Taking cue from this I had proposed to establish clinical testing facility in the Health department with a detailed SOP. But the proposal was processed in the typical as usual
