Skill Test 2009: Golden Experience, Part-2

I remember my principal speaking about Time Management during our orientation program at the time when I have joined first year B.Pharm ………and it is after 5 year and few months after that I have finally realized the meaning of “TIME MANAGEMENT” and the credit for this goes to the Skill Test 2009.Had I not participated in the contest I would have not yet even after 5 year and few month of college would have been able to understand the meaning of time management.

Skill Test 2009: Golden Experience, Part -1

I can call this contest nothing less than a “GOLDEN EXPERIENCE”.
It was actually a “fulltime online one year course” which had text material in the form of blogs written by the fellow participants and the test answers were the comments that the participants posted after reading an understanding blogs. This is my definition for the skill test 2009.

Aroma Therapy

Aromatherapy means "treatment using scents". It is a holistic treatment of caring for the body with pleasant smelling botanical oils such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint. The essential oils are added to the bath or massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent an entire room. Aromatherapy is used for the relief of pain, care for the skin, alleviate tension and fatigue and invigorate the entire body. When inhaled, they work on the brain and nervous system through stimulation of the olfactory nerves.

Zero Therapy

Zero Therapy is the science of harmony of changing the individual cells of each family member and there by the side-effect takes care of the disease with food as a catalyst. Its food biochemistry and thought chemistry, which are complementary to each other. This is Ultimate Therapy, not Alternative Therapy. It works on the principle of balancing individual hormone, which varies from person to person. Ultimate Therapy is the name given to it, since no external material goes into the body.
The basic principle on which the zero therapy works is as follows:

Acupressure therapy

Acupressure is a way of accessing and releasing blocked or congested energy centres in the body. Many varieties of acupressure have been developed over time and the term refers to any of these techniques which uses:
light to medium pressure
fingers or hands (sometimes elbows, knees, or feet)
the same points used in acupunture. i.e. acupoints on the energy pathways called Meridians.
