Submitted by Dr.S.Gunasakaran on Fri, 10/16/2009 - 04:35Why Indian Govt is so reluctant in ordering H1N1 vaccine even though the death toll in India touches around 400 after the first wave of swine flu pandemic...?
The swine flu pandemic may not have hit India hard in its first wave, but there are fears that the second wave which is expected in the winter could be worse. The sure way of combating this new disease is vaccination.

CLONING DOLLY- AN EXAMPLE
Submitted by Vedika Gulati on Wed, 10/14/2009 - 11:26The cloning of Dolly has proved that cloning of adult animals could be accomplished. Previously, it was not known if an adult nucleus was still able to produce a completely new animal. Genetic damage or the simple deactivation of genes in cells were both considered possibly irreversible. This however was not the case.
