The advertisement plays an vital role in that. But as per the Drug & Cosmetics Act, the advertisement of scheduled drugs are prohibited. Then also you will find variety of Ads on many schedule H drugs. These can affect the consumer in other way.

After some time now it has finally been approved. Vermillions Ovarian Cancer Test which detects ovarian cancer and helps doctors know what kind of surgery needs to be done and by who. I have been following up on this since it was developed.
