Asthma Awareness Programme was organized by Association of Community Pharmacist of India, Mangalore Nodal Centre at Srinivas College of Pharmacy Valachil, Mangalore on 01.12.2008 for the benefit of valachil villagers. Dr. M. Vishnusharma, Professor and Head, Dept. of Pulmonology was the chief guest. Dr.A.N.Nagappa, Professor Dept. of Pharmacy management, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences Manipal and Mr. Abdul Reheman, Vice President, Adyar Grama Panchayat were present as honourable guests. Dr.C.S.Shastry, Principal, Srinivas College of Pharmacy presided over the function. Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, Director, Dept. of Pharmaceutics, Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Coordinator, Association of Community Pharmacist of India, welcomed the gathering. Mr. Viresh K. Chandur, Lecturer, Srinivas College of Pharmacy, proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs. Padmavathi P.Prabhu was the master of ceremony.
