Animal Husbandry Technician (Ref#: C07-08)
Responsibilities:
General housing and husbandry;
Animal handling and restraint;
Cage changing and washing;
Autoclaving;
Glassware cleaning;
Sanitation of the animal facility;
Record keeping and inventory maintenance;
Equipment operation and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Education/Experience

High school diploma and relevant experience;
Specific Skills

Good organizational and communication skills;
Ability to multi-task and work both individually and as team member;
Candidate must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and withstand repetitive bending and reaching up to 6 feet.
