Collections Specialist/Customer Service Rep -WYETH-USA- Fort Dodge, IA
Responsible for the collection activities associated with our Direct (veterinary) customer class and general administration support related to Credit and Collection Department function. Provide customer support through effective handling of customer calls, order entry and follow through
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively handle incoming phone calls
• Initiate collection calls on all past due Direct (vet) accounts
• Coordinate the process of setting up all new customer accounts
• Review / revise customer credit limits within defined guidelines up to $20,000
• Maintain aging (order) hold codes to insure past due accounts are flagged
• Make recommendation as to when accounts should be placed with a collection agency
• Determine what accounts should be exempt from dunning letters
