Consultant, HR Central Information Services -WYETH-USA- Collegeville, PA

Serves as a consulting team contact in preparing and providing specific client organization’s HR Business Partners, Leadership Team, and Line Management with numerous reports and analyses specific to headcount, staffing, compensation, development, and other HR functional areas. Responsible for data integrity, analytical and historical informational reporting, organization modeling, and assisting HR Business Partners and Line Management in utilizing self service capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

*Responsible for providing accurate and consistent information about the workforce and organization on a timely basis. Accountable for official analytical and historical reporting, as well as reports requested by clients on an as needed basis.; including global headcount, turnover and employee demographic reports; collaborates with International Operations Information Analysts to identify and ensure international employee data is included in client analytics.

*Collaborates with HR Business Partners to leverage systems, ideas and tools enabling them to perform at a more strategic level. Assists HR Business Partners in utilizing desktop self-service reporting capabilities.
