Customer Service Representative -WYETH-USA- Fort Dodge, IA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take incoming phone calls from customers, utilizing effective communication
• Enter orders in the computer accurately.
• Follow through on customer requests including tracking shipments, pricing questions, product promotions, returns, etc.
• Effectively use authorized programs and promotions to increase order size.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Education or equivalent required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICDATIONS:
• Good phone voice and ability to establish rapport with customers.
• Order entry skills with high attention to detail
• AS/400 and PC program experience (GroupWise, Word and Excel).
