Director/Sr Director, Human Resources -WYETH-USA- Pearl River, NY
Develops, drives, implements and administers HR procedures, polices programs to the site’s business. Provides support to the business as part of an integrated HR function. Partners with site’s Senior management to maximize HR impact through effective talent management processes, organization development, training, and guidance on functional and Corporate programs and objectives. Ensures that processes support the site’s objectives as well as maintains alignment with Divisional and Corporate HR goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
*Partners with peers to leverage best practices, within and outside of the HR function to prioritize and implement site’s initiatives. Interfaces with Corporate functions to secure resources and acquire information needed by their clients to maximize their performance and contribution.
*Provides clear and timely direction to ensure that site HR processes are aligned with and support the client’s business objectives as well as the Division and Corp business objectives. Keeps groups informed of changes in HR policies, projects, initiatives, and objectives.
