Engineering - Class 4 Power Engineer -BIOVAIL-CANADA-Steinbach, Manitoba
Daily operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems including but not restricted to steam boilers, hot water boilers, chillers, cooling towers, potable/purified water systems, compressed air, vacuum, dust collection and air handling systems.
Complete associated water testing and test procedures. Complete all required logs and other documentation accurately and on a timely basis.
Maintain building environmental conditions at required levels within designated production areas in accordance with department operational guidelines.
Maintain work areas, materials, tools and equipment to ensure serviceability, cleanliness and safety.
Maintain the fire protection/alarm system in proper working order.
Provide emergency response services to fire protection/alarm system and boiler operation.
Follow all department practices and procedures including the safe handling of reagents, solvents and equipment.
