Assemble manufacturing equipment and complete installation utilizing layout plans.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled calibrations and maintenance and maintain records compliant with cGMP guidelines.
Follow up on irregularities or malfunctions of equipment operation.
Trouble shoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
Machine, weld and fabricate parts during set-up, maintenance or overhaul of manufacturing equipment or for building maintenance.
Ensure appropriate information concerning equipment operation and minor maintenance requirements is conveyed to manufacturing personnel on a timely basis.
Technical liaison sourcing and placing orders for parts and supplies and ensuring that manufacturing equipment is fully maintained.
