Resource and Decision Management (RDM) is tasked with enabling resource planning and optimization across MRL at the portfolio, franchise, and functional levels. The RDM Associate Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support in the execution of MRL resource planning processes. This will include, but is not limited to:

- Development and maintenance of planning templates and algorithms to enable forecasting of resource requirements across MRL functions based on the drug development portfolio
- Building "what-if" models to assess the resource impact of changes in project plans, functional capacities, outsourcing plans, and other changes
- Perform root cause analysis to identify source of errors in model execution logic or forecast accuracy (inputs) including definition of corrective action
