Professional Achievements!!!

In this blog , I would like to lay down few professional achievements of my respected guide. I am really proud to present the achievements and caliper of my guide, Mayuresh Sir.

Sir, this is the key blog I am writing for you and about you to show the world how lucky I am to get you as my teacher, both for skills-test-2008 and as a college lecturer!!!

Mayuresh Sir, pharma star of all times, is a university topper of Pune University in his Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He has done specialization in the topic; “Design Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Anti-inflammatory agents” .This achievement would have surely made you believe me that I was true to my words and is no way an exaggeration.

He had qualified the prestigious National Level Pharmacy Talent Search Examination (NLPTSE) during his B.Pharm degree course. This shows that he not only occupied a front seat of professional competition in Pune, but also raced against bright pharmacists, shoulder to shoulder, around the country.

Regarding his communication skill in pharmacy, he had presented 2 posters at national level.

1. Poster presentation at FDDPR 2007, KOLHAPUR on Design Synthesis and Pharmacological Evaluation of Novel Antimicrobial Agents. (Raut M K., Abraham M,Mokale V,Bothara K G,Bhandari S V.).
2. Poster presentation at FDDPR 2007, KOLHAPUR on Design Of Potential PPAR Dual Agonist by Pharmacophore Optimization using 3D-QSAR Studies.(Burange P, Raut M K.,Sarkate A, Bothara K G,Bhandari S V.)

His professional ability is quite evident if one knows the research papers he has, to his accreditation. He was a student of famous authors of pharmacy, K G Bothara sir and S V Bhandari sir. He has following publications to his credit published in leading national and international journals like Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology online, pharmainfo etc.

1. Synthesis of new S-derivatives of clubbed triazolyl thiazole as anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis agents, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry 15 (2007) 3997–4008.

These are just a few of his achievements that I know. There are many more achievements he has, though unknown to me. These all might have illustrated you well, his proficiency and talent in the noble profession of pharmacy. These achievements aren’t surprising since he is a god-gifted pharmacist.
