Recruitment Account Manager / HR Project Manager -GSK-USA-Parsippany, New Jersey
• Provide a Recruitment Account management service to the Parsippany Innovation Centre through partnerships with local HR and line Managers and by leveraging the expertise of the central Sourcing Solutions team.
• Development and implement leading talent acquisition strategies to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent
• Partner with the HR team to develop internal recruitment processes and ensure integration with talent management and succession planning processes.
• Manage the external sourcing, selection and recruitment of specialist technical, Marketing, Scientific and infrastructure roles.
• Collaborate with HR to identify the priority areas for on-going external talent pipeline development and develop the appropriate sourcing strategies and processes to create and deliver the pipeline.
• Development and delivery of creative functional Strategic Sourcing/Recruitment Plans.
• Research current recruiting best practices, methods, and processes to proactively recommend and implement process change.
• Ownership of the development and tracking of the site Affirmative Action Plan, including ensuring that recruitment activities contribute to the ongoing diversity of the workforce.
• HR Project and Process manager for key processes across the US/UK HR team.
• Provide training and on-going guidance to Hiring Mangers to enhance their knowledge and skill in recruiting and selecting employees, and to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Determine candidate suitability by evaluating commitment, assessing relevant experience, skills, cultural fit and other qualifications.
• Partner with line management and HR account managers to determine appropriate offer packages (e.g. compensation, relocation packages).
