Provide effective day-to-day HR support for clients focused on variety of topics (e.g., retention, succession planning, talent development, performance management; compensation/rewards; org effectiveness; etc.). Client group will include senior line leaders (Vice President level) and their teams within External Medical & Scientific Affairs (EMSA); Business Process & Program Management (BPPM); and Global Marketing Services (GMS). Incumbent will contribute to the development of line managers’ knowledge, skills and leadership effectiveness. Provide OD/Change Management expertise and deliver high-touch, results-based line manager coaching. Incumbent is also responsible for fostering partnerships across HR community; collaborating with matrix HR colleagues globally; Sourcing appropriate assistance (both tools and people) to address client requirements and managing client expectations regarding HR service delivery.
