The HR Manager provides strategic, tactical and operational HR support to our Manufacturing operations within our Fort Dodge, Iowa facilities. He/She supports and enables the business strategies by providing expertise on all HR and organizational aspects of the business. He/She provides management with direction on all human resources activities including Compensation & Data Management, Performance Management, Policy Development and Implementation, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Retention Strategies, Staffing, Training, Organizational Development and Labor Relations, as appropriate.
