Patent Counsel

Build and maintain internal IP portfolio world-wide:
Practice area will focus on DNA-encoded libraries and small-molecule pharmaceuticals, but will include biological assays, formulations, new medical uses, etc.

Establish a professional relationship with project and program leaders as well as relevant functional heads. Development relationship with MDR Boston and Sirtris senior management on IP matters of relevance to the business.

Working closely with Senior Patent Counsel on prosecution and other strategy-related matters.

Assist with prosecution of large external IP portfolio and coordinate interactions with multiple licensors:

Willing to travel between the 2 GSK sites: Waltham and Cambridge
