The Maintenance Technician II provides maintenance and troubleshooting services to a manufacturing cell or to central utilities operations. Incumbent is accountable for responsibilities such as: maintains, alters, installs, trouble-shoots and repairs equipment, machines or buildings of mid level and/or high level of complexity under general direction.

Job Responsibilities

•Responsible for ensuring that machines are set-up in accordance with Wyeth and manufacturers specifications.
•Documents and approves settings prior to activation.
•Monitors and assess machine or equipment performance and works with operations staff to ensure scorecard metrics are achieved.
•Performs machine setup and PM assistance to the following equipments or systems: RO Water, AHU, WFI, Clean Steam, Cooling Tower Water, Compressed Air, HVAC, Process Water, Potable Water, WWTP, Chilled Water, Emergency Generators, Electric Power, Wastewater Plant, Plant Steam, and Glycol Chiller System and Production Equipment.
•Provides support in the root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
