There is a form 5 and form 9. about documenting the dispensing procedures
In INDIA it seems every state have little different rules for dispensing of Schedule X drugs
Schedule X include Narcotic and Psychotropic drugs, they usually cause delusion, hallucination, psychosis, sedation, hypnosis etc

B. Pharm is Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Clinical (criticise this experimental syllabus)

So B. Pharm is both Technical and Medical.
As all drugs are chemicals, B. Pharm should also be chemical to support the term druggist and chemist.

with the increasing number of diseases in the tropical and temperate zones the role of pharmacy has rosen to the heights than it use to be in the decades, hence it has to be properly monitored for which purpose the Medication management has evolved.
Medication management involves the proper administration of the drug, suggesting and educating the patient about the route of administration and dosage and it's adverse reactions and side effects if any
Suggestions given to the patients vary from their age and sex like the adolescents, juveniles, neonates, pediatrics, jediatrics
