Packaging Manager -GSK-USA-Marietta, Pennsylvania
• Supervises the day to day activities of the associates performing packaging, material handling and cold chain operations.
• Develops Validation Master Plan for packaging operations in partnership with validation.
• Drives the PQ Master Plan process for packaging operations and manages PQ activities for the function including, developing PQ protocols, executing PQ protocols and writing PQ summary reports.
• Leads core cross functional team to launch commercial packaging operations according to established timelines.
• Implements and conceives operational strategies to optimize process, production and maintenance systems.
• Manages packaging resources to meet production scheduling ensuring the availability of equipment and personnel resources to meet demand.
• Manages processes and equipment to ensure quality operations. Participates in audits and investigations and recommends solutions to resolve problems.
