Job Responsibilities
*Manage team of patent agents in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications for inventions and discoveries made by or licensed to Wyeth.
*Distribute, oversee and review the work product of the agents.
*Identify research that may be subject to filing of patent applications.
*Develop strategies for preparing and filing patent applications.
*Work with inside and outside foreign counsel to file and prosecute foreign patent applications.
