In today's sales detailing environment, a great deal of focus is being placed on increasing the quantity and quality of detailing time with a physician. It is a given that the total amount of detailing time in the medical practice setting is decreasing. However, representatives can capture a larger share of the physician's time and use existing detailing time more efficiently through more effective physician engagement and the skillful handling of physician resistance during brief detailing encounters.
