The function of this position is to direct the activities of the Mechanics and crafts persons in his/her area. The Maintenance Expert is responsible for equipment uptime and other maintenance excellence Key Performance Indicators for his/her IPT. He/she plans, organizes, and implements programs for the current state, and develops and implements continuous improvement plans to ensure efficient and compliant operations and maintenance of the equipment in his/her area.
