Reporting to the Director HH Business Solutions Delivery, the Manager, HH Business Solutions Delivery will be responsible for the delivery of Global Marketing Solutions to external GHH customers. This individual combines the expertise of Project Management, People Management, Resource Acquisition (where appropriate) to deliver business solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities include understanding business processes, requirements and desired outcomes; identifying appropriate resources to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget. The incumbent will partner with the HH IT Client Services team to identify alternatives and recommending solutions that meet business requirements. The nature of the position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and proven leadership in complex team situations. The incumbent will ensure that all SLC concepts are applied in accordance with company policy.
