Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya kelavani Mandal was established in 1952 with the objectives of meeting with the educational and cultural needs of North Gujarat region. The Board of Trustees under the dynamic leadership of Shri Bholabhai C.Patel manages the Trust.

Nootan Pharmacy College shares a campus of 75 acres with other three premier institutions, Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering, NSVKMS MBA College and Swami Sachchidanand Polytechnic College.
