Demonstrated ability to function independently and productively as a Plant Engineer. Displays strong initiative and commitment. Contributes to long-term strategic development of a complex project or function area. Organizes and provides written and/or verbal presentations of work with minimum input from supervisor. Expected to successfully execute projects. The individual deals with problems of increased complexity requiring considerable modification of techniques and applications of new theories. Must begin to appreciate other disciplines.

Job Responsibilities

*Supports Facilities Operations and Maintenance to ensure that all equipment is adequately maintained and functions efficiently.

*Provides consulting engineering services to Facilities Operations and Maintenance.

*Designs and writes technical specifications. Prepares detailed instructions for the fabrication and installation of plant equipment and related machinery.
