Origin and History
Ayurveda originated in India long back in pre-vedic period. Rigveda and Atharva-veda (5000 years B.C.), the earliest documented ancient Indian knowledge have references on health and diseases. Ayurved texts like Charak Samhita and Sushruta Samhita were documented about 1000 years B.C.

On every April 7th, we celebrate it as World Health day and on every 31st may celebrate as World No Tobacco Day. But in actual we can count those people on our fingers those who in actually celebrate these days. Today people died due to many types of diseases and mental disorders. As life style changes, day by day people want to take a chance to bit its opponents and step forward.
But due to such tendency people get more and more stress, from which they can't be step out. And so, they turn towards any addiction. Especially towards alcoholism, tobacco consumption.

Most of the population of world has been diverted to ayurvedic formulations for migraines to memory preservation to depression. Side-by-side they are suffering from those diseases that requires the use of the allopathic drugs for controlling conditions associated with some diseases such as to control hyperglycemia in diabetic conditions, to reduce the pain associated with arthritis etc.

1. Dissolution of the topical dosage forms
Drug releases studies from gels, creams and ointments are found in same criteria. Study of the dosage form required during its development phase and as a routine quality control test for assuring uniformity of the finished products. Such studies provide helpful information about physiological parameters involved in the invivo pre-cutaneous absorption such as diffusion coefficient and the stability of drug in the specific vehicle required.
