Conducts tests and/or assaying of raw material, intermediates or finished products and is knowledgeable in the analytical techniques of their area of responsibility. Technologies include any which may be employed in the discipline of Virology.
Supervises of hourly employees performing testing and support activities. Includes scheduling of work assignments based on priorities, being knowledgeable of cGMP, administration of local agreement, company personnel policies, OSHA, Company safety procedures, along with the promotion of team work and open communications.
Updates SOPs, Process Specific Training Modules, Control procedures, etc.
Trains personnel to ensure employees are competent and qualified to perform duties, while complying with departmental policies and procedures.
Critically evaluates data generated and recommend acceptance or rejection of samples. Also perform lab work accurately and in a timely fashion.

work as a consultant with functional and cross functional teams to facilitate the definition of improvement projects, gather and analyze and develop improvements and innovations, and prepare presentations to communicate project status

Molecular Profiling (MP) operates under a model of Guided Solutions. Delivery and pull through of Talent Management services, products and programs in US region. Consulting with US Site Heads, HRBPs (Human Resource Business Partner) and clients to understand business issues and deliver solutions.

•Responsible for the delivery of talent management tools, processes, and programs impacting assigned site/geography, Succession, Planning, Talent Reviews, Employee Development
•Provide Talent Management Consulting on assigned division specific initiatives/ programs may require being part of virtual work team

Create and execute near and long-term (up to 5 years) supply plans for biological products, and raw and intermediate materials, as needed to support those products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load the Master Schedule through the planning time fence to the volume specified and approved by Senior Management.
• Creates and executes supply master plans.
• Develop and execute raw material supply plans to ensure materials are available to achieve customer service levels.
• Compile and report monthly production metrics including manufacturing output, release rates, operations success rate, disposition activity, etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to work above head for extended periods of time.
• Obtain certification for lift truck operation.
• Possess valid Iowa driver’s license.

•Assist teams in preparing the organization for significant change in a diverse global organization, e.g., global support function transformations, major SAP implementation, Lean Six Sigma, culture change and other strategic initiatives, through the delivery of Organizational Development and change management techniques, tools and models.

Responsible for gathering information required from suppliers and internal/external customers/areas (Note: Fully bilingual both in Spanish and English oral and written, as most of the suppliers and Wyeth sites are not local); information input into appropriate databases, systems or report.
Perform all clerical functions including record keeping, typing, answering telephones and preparing reports charts and graphs as required (Note: Proficient with Excel and Power point).

Job Responsibilities

Performs all secretarial duties associated with the Engineering and Maintenance Functional unit. This includes record filing and document control, data entry, issuing reports, routing and distribution documents and bring support evidence for reports or applications. Responsible for the processing of Corrective Work orders and for the distribution of the Preventive Maintenance Work Orders. Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records concerning the Corrective Work Orders. Coordinates with other clerical personnel to provide adequate service to all sections.

Job Responsibilities

•Prepares and maintains correspondence files, set ups appointments, places calls, follow up on meeting schedules and project correspondence as assigned by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
•Routes all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
