Under the direction of the Merck Sigma Leaders, the Manager, will work in a project focused organization as a member of MRL:

work as a consultant with functional and cross functional teams to facilitate the definition of improvement projects, gather and analyze and develop improvements and innovations, and prepare presentations to communicate project status
as project leader, manage approved Lean Six Sigma projects
utilize various tools and techniques to analyze and improve business processes as either a project leader or facilitator
transfer Lean Six Sigma tools and skills into the organization. Also will provide expertise to teams including:
