Notify the Coordinator (designate) of any deviations found during review of batch documents. Ensure all corrections are made in the appropriate manner and ensure that all deviations are fully explained and supported by the necessary paperwork.

· Review in-process testing worksheets and ensure tests were performed according to the required procedures and that all results are within the established specifications.

· Ensure that individual work is performed and the Manufacturing and/or Packaging department are operating in full compliance with GMP, SOD and established safety standards.
