Help Me......out

There are many situations in our real life where we need others help to solve our problems. I faced some of them.
When is entered into my professional studies, I found some of the lecturers were boring and did not have absolute knowledge about the subject. I have persuaded them to change a bit so that the class might be interesting and many teachers did change and I was happy. But I was helpless in the case of teachers who had in poor knowledge about the subject. Due to the mushrooming of colleges over the state there is dearth in good faculty and we had no choice but only to get adjusted and I my title is justified here in this situation.
All these happenings were in my first yea but now I have got adjusted and life is comfortable but life was terrible in first year because of some lecturers. What would you have done if you were in my position? Please let me know as it would help in overcoming the problems in my future.
