Perform duties to support the continuous operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities of the ETM HVAC/R Operations Maintenance Department. Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and precision maintenance to ensure the maximum availability of the refrigeration systems within the facility.

Job Responsibilities

Support the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems within the facility. Review assigned work orders (corrective, preventive, and predictive) and, if needed, follow-up with the Supervisor or Lead Technician for additional information and details. Execute and document the assigned work orders, following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each piece of equipment. Coordinate work assignments and repairs with the Maintenance Planners, the Lead Refrigeration Technician, and other crafts as needed. Respond to emergency alarms from the Distributive Control System.
