I introduce myself as Shikha Chauhan, currently working as Lecturer (Pharmceutics) at Amity University, Noida. I am carrying with me 5 years of Industrial experience in Regulatory Affairs and product development in Promed Research Centre , Gurgaon. I did my B.pharm from DIPSAR, Delhi and then my M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from B.H.U. It gives me immense pleasure to introduce my Team "GLORY" in the skill test 2011. My Team comprises of :- Leader: Ms. Shikha Chauhan, Lecturer (Pharmaceutics) Learners: 1. Amol Dhiman (B.Pharm III year Student) 2. Ankur Sood (B.Pharm III year Student) I would like to welcome my Team 'Glory'. The word Glory in itself means " honor, admiration". We are a team who is highly motivated and dedicated to work for the upliftment of the research quality. Pharmacy field is nothing without research. We aspire to contribute the knowledge, learn simultaneously and grasp the vast knowledge. I hope the upcoming contest will help me and my team to grow by doing knowledge sharing and head for an exciting journey in the new year. My intention of quoting the statement was to emphasi the need of having true research and need to explore and implement the new advance drug delivery systems which can avoid the adverse effects and have targeted drug delivery.
