  • Separation of fatty acid methyl esters , biosynthetic polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) , nonsaponifiable lipids, cholesterol and its esters in human serum and food samples
  • Separation of high molecular weight compounds, polymers and large biological molecules.
  • Separation of various categories of drugs like antidepressants, antipscychotics , beta blockers, vasodialators
  • Estimation of prostaglandins
  • Estimation of anticancer drugs cyclophosphamide, diaziquone, mitomycin C, thiotepa
