Lactose Intolerance

Hello friends, In this Blog I would like to give information regarding "LACTOSE INTOLERANCE" also called as lactase deficiency. Lactose is a sugar present in milk and lactase is the enzyme which helps in digestion of lactose which is known to all. But in some individuals and infants the enzyme lactase is absent and lactose cannot be digested which causes many problems.

Hi friends, my second topic of this month is Crohn's disease. Crohn's disease is a kind of inflammatory Bowel Syndrome which may affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). It causes inflammation of the intestinal tract and might even affect the deeper tissues of the tract. Often occurs in patches surrounded by healthy tissue.[1]
