JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Load the Master Schedule through the planning time fence to the volume specified and approved by Senior Management
• Creates and executes supply master plans.
• Compile and report monthly production metrics including manufacturing output, release rates, operations success rate, disposition activity, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assembly of technical equipment to support proper aseptic technique.
• Perform operations in media preparations with steam (autoclave).
• Preparation and sterilization of equipment to support lab functions.
• cGMP documentation and verification procedures.

• Maintain appropriate departmental cGMP documentation.
• Execute all written procedures, to include Batch Records and SOP’s.
• Operation of departmental equipment, set-up and operation of pumps, and set-up of filling tanks.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the Immunoassay/Flow Cytometry group in the Biomarker Laboratory to provide analysis of biomarkers in support of clinical studies:
Supervise the development and analytical validation of all immunoassay/flow cytometry based assays used in the Biomarker Laboratory to measure biomarkers in clinical studies at Wyeth.

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrates special skills and knowledge in animal model applications such as in-vivo non invasive imaging, pharmacology studies and/or integrated physiological or hemodynamic studies: details include drafting animal user protocols to be reviewed and approved by IACUC; set up the animal models and conduct pharmacological studies to support imaging need.
