Skill Test 2009: The Knowledge Pool, Part- 3

Till now I have shared my experiences in the skill test 2009 and the lessons that I had the opportunity to learn from the contest. Here in this blog I want to share some of the suggestions that I my opinion will help improve the standard of the competition.
Here are some of my suggestions:
• I think the judges of the competition should be disclosed to the contestants.

Knowledge is power……Skill Test 2009 has proved itself to be an unquestionable source of this power. The competition has changed my attitude toward gaining knowledge. Sending blogs and reading blogs on the site has now become a habit. This is one of the few things that I would love to continue doing for decades.

Biofeedback Therapy

Biofeedback is a technique in which people are trained to improve their health by learning to control certain internal bodily processes that normally occur involuntarily, such as heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and skin temperature. These activities can be measured with electrodes and displayed on a monitor viewable by both the patient and their health care provider. The monitor provides feedback to the participant about the internal workings of his or her body. This person can then be taught to use this information to gain control over these "involuntary" activities.
